Point Quest Group is seeking a full-time School Counselor in Rushville, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. You will support students’ social‑emotional, behavioral, and academic success while collaborating with educators, families, and school teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field is required or preferred.
• Valid School Counselor license or the ability to obtain by start date.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators on student needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop and implement interventions to improve student well‑being and success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district/state requirements.
