Point Quest Group is hiring a full-time School Counselor for a K-12 school in Prescott, AZ. You will support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success while collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in School Counseling and an AZ School Counselor License or eligibility, with strong communication and crisis intervention skills, and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or equivalent.
• Active or eligible Arizona School Counselor License.
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Support social-emotional learning, behavior, and mental health needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families and support staff.
• Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Develop and implement interventions to improve student success and well-being.
• Assist students with conflict resolution, self-advocacy, and coping skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.
• Help foster a positive, inclusive school climate.

What We're Looking For

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
