Location - Ware (North West London)
Hours - 27.5 Hours - 08:30-14:00 Monday to Friday (TERM TIME ONLY)
Salary - £14.10

Job Overview
We're currently recruiting a passionate Cook/Cook Manager, to manage a Primary School kitchen in Ware. You will be responsible for making approximately 50 delicious and healthy school dinners, using fresh produce.


Location: Ware
08:30-14:00 Monday to Friday (TERM TIME ONLY)

Objectives:
* To operate and develop the catering establishment within the terms of their catering policy, contract and budget, making the most efficient use of their resources
* To ensure that the company's reputation for food quality and service is enhanced with the Client and customers.
* To administer unit controls and keep company records.
* To recruit, train and manage the location staff.


Responsibilities:
* All personnel assigned to work in the catering establishment, irrespective of whether or not they are employees of the Company, in accordance with Company Personnel and Training Policies.
* The purchase of materials, consumables, non-consumables and light equipment within the limits of the budget and in accordance with Company Purchasing Policy and Procedures.
* The catering establishment's premises and equipment, as defined by the contract and in accordance with Company Hygiene Health and Safety Policy.
