Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dental assisting education program that meets credentialing standards.
• Experience: prefer 1 year dental assisting.
• Current NM Radiology Certification and DANB/Certification Renewals as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental procedures under supervision and ensure infection control.
• Prepare operatory, sterilize instruments, and manage inventory.
• Take intra- and extra-oral radiographs as trained.
• Maintain patient charts and appointment scheduling in Dentrix.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and post-care.
