Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public, students, and staff; strong clerical skills including typing and filing; knowledge of basic bookkeeping; ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements; proficiency with technology; and ability to work across functions and interact with all organizational levels.
