Job summary

Maricopa Unified School District seeks a detail‑oriented Title IX Coordinator to provide confidential administrative support to the Principal and admin designee. This full‑time clerk will handle records and communications while performing other duties as assigned.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with at least two years of office experience, or an equivalent combination. Bilingual is preferred and fingerprint clearance is required; citizenship or work visa may be necessary.

Title IX Coordinator

Under general supervision, the clerk will do a variety of moderately difficult clerical work and related work as required and directed by Principal or administrative designee.

Principal Duties, Knowledge And Skills Required
  • Provide confidential administrative support as directed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and software applications
  • Knowledge of report preparation and records management principles
  • Skill in customer service practices
  • Skill in communicating both orally and in writing
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma and two (2) years office experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Able to perform the following physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation: critical sensory requirements include general vision, corrected to 20/20, hear or listen in the normal range (corrected) and speak and give directions clearly. Able to walk, sit, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift (exerting force up to 50 pounds)
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance card
