Title IX Coordinator
Under general supervision, the clerk will do a variety of moderately difficult clerical work and related work as required and directed by Principal or administrative designee.
Principal Duties, Knowledge And Skills Required
- Provide confidential administrative support as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and software applications
- Knowledge of report preparation and records management principles
- Skill in customer service practices
- Skill in communicating both orally and in writing
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma and two (2) years office experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to perform the following physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation: critical sensory requirements include general vision, corrected to 20/20, hear or listen in the normal range (corrected) and speak and give directions clearly. Able to walk, sit, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift (exerting force up to 50 pounds)
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance card
