The Budd Group is seeking a Day Porter to keep a local school environment clean, safe, and welcoming. You will disinfect spaces, respond to spills, and assist with light setup while supporting staff and students.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, on-site at a school in Mount Pleasant, SC. No prior required; training provided, background check required.

Qualifications

• High energy and a positive attitude are essential.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work safely around school facilities.
• Previous custodian/janitor experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas during the school day.
• Respond to spill cleanups, trash removal, and routine building maintenance.
• Assist facility managers with light daily setup and keeping grounds neat.
• Support school staff and students as a reliable day porter and janitor.

• Responding promptly to spill cleanups, trash removal, and routine building maintenance needs.
• Assisting facility managers with light daily setup and keeping overall school grounds neat.
• Serving as a helpful, reliable day porter and janitor to support school staff and students.
