Job summary

Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. is a full-service facility maintenance company serving Northeast Ohio. We are hiring for a school cleaning role in Cleveland with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The position involves cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work (preferred).
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies.
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
• Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
