Primrose School of Greenville is seeking a dedicated Chef to prepare delicious, nutritious meals that fuel children as they explore and learn. You will join a team committed to a safe, healthy environment and to delivering high-quality early education and care.

In this role you will follow the daily menu with the Director, support allergy-aware cooking, and assist with ordering and portion planning to ensure enough meals for all students.

Responsibilities

• Encourage healthy eating habits through delicious and nutritious foods.
• Maintain a keen awareness of children who have allergies and food restrictions.
• Ensure food service area and food are free of nuts, nut products or food items that have been processed in a facility that also processes nut products.
• Follow the daily menu prepared in collaboration with or by the Director.
• Assist with ordering food and calculating the amount needed.
