The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a 30-minute meal break. Pay is $11.55 per hour and offers a free cafeteria lunch.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a school cafeteria or similar food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must agree to be fingerprinted.

Role Description

The School Cafeteria Worker will also perform cleaning and maintenance duties as necessary to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
