Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to ensure smooth service.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards including sanitation, safety, and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervision of meal serving.
• Trains employees, assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping) and proper cash handling per policy.
