Job summary

Marshfield Public Schools is seeking a Cafeteria Worker at Martinson Elementary School in Marshfield, MA. The position covers about 3 hours per day, roughly 15 hours per week, with starting date ASAP.

You will report to the Cafeteria Manager, Director of Food Services, and Building Principal. Qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of nutrition and sanitation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition, sanitation, and use and care of food service equipment preferred.
• Ability to relate well with peers, students, and staff.
• Physically capable of reaching, carrying, pushing, bending, and handling items up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work more than 3 hours per day if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cafeteria operations under supervision, ensuring sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with meal service and student interactions, as needed.
