Job summary

Qualifications

• Shall be able to read and follow directions and relate well with fellow employees, students, and staff.
• Shall demonstrate competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Shall present neat in appearance and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in an efficient food service program providing nutritious food in a clean atmosphere.
• Assist in food preparation and serving counter setup.
• Review the menu for service and follow instructions from the Cafeteria Manager.
• Maintain sufficient serving utensils and food supplies.
• Clean kitchen utensils and equipment after lunch serving.
• Serve students and staff from the serving counter.
• Keep work area and stock rooms clean and sanitary.
• Provide friendly service to students.
