Job summary

Heritage Academy Del Rio Campus is hiring a Cafeteria Worker to prepare and arrange food and beverages for students and staff. You will work under the supervision of the Principal and Cafeteria Supervisor, ensuring safety, cleanliness and efficient service.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a Food Handler's Certificate. Responsibilities include serving meals, handling payments, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness in a busy school cafeteria.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare food and beverages for students and staff.

• Inspect food, temps, personal hygiene to prevent contamination.
• Transport food using carts and equipment as needed.
• Serve items to meet nutritional requirements and requests.
• Respond to inquiries from students, staff and the public.
