Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned by the cafeteria manager.
• Serve food to students and staff.
• Serve as cashier as needed.
• Deliver food to all building locations.
• Prepare food per recipe.
• Clean all cooking utensils.
• Use equipment to prepare food as directed.
• Assist in total kitchen clean up.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to stand uninterrupted for long periods.

Skills

Ability to read & communicate in English

Cashier experience preferred

Ability to accurately count, weigh & measure

Ability to follow instructions & take initiative

Physical ability to walk, stoop, stand, twist & squat

Ability to lift a minimum of 51 pounds
