Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes to ensure quality, portions and nutrition.
• Serve attractive, well presented and portion controlled menu items.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety practices for the school nutrition program.
• Attend required sanitation and safety trainings and refresher courses every three years.
• Assist with cashiering, baking, dish room, inventory and general kitchen duties as assigned.
• Follow directions from cafeteria management with limited supervision.
• Wear approved uniform and slip resistant shoes as required by district.
