Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Previous quantity food service experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation and serving of food.
• Participates in cleaning of kitchen and related areas.
• Performs sanitation procedures.
• Operates 3 compartment sinks and washes pots and pans.
• Operates point of sale computer register and makes change.
• Counts money and completes daily sales reports.
• Inspects equipment for safety and coordinates repairs with Head Cook.
• Maintains production records and stock usage.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Head Cook.
