Responsibilities

• Attends in-service training and workshops to meet professional standards as required by NSLP.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure items follow menu specifications.
• Supervise and train cafeteria workers at campus level.
• Ensure food is produced safely and complies with policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation for food production, inventory, payroll, and shipments.
