Job summary

Qualifications

• Education level required: high school/GED with RCSD food service experience.
• Serv-Safe certification is required.
• Pass agility test and background check; interview with Child Nutrition Director.

Responsibilities

• Learn manager functions through on-the-job training.
• Assist in daily inventory and meal preparation.
• Supervise food preparation and serving procedures.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal standards.
• Attend staff trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Report irregularities to the manager.
