Chartwells K12 is hiring a full-time Food Unit Lead in Fort Worth, TX. The role coordinates the activities of other food-service staff, helps plan menus, and ensures a high standard of customer service, sanitation, and safety in line with company policies.

Hours are Monday through Friday; pay is fixed at $18.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for training and advancement. Applicants should have basic computer knowledge and be able to handle cash and reporting duties.

Qualificações

• Prior experience with basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food in line with standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Manages work procedures, schedules and expedites workflow.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, cash, payroll, timekeeping).
• Ensures proper cash handling as per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety programs and staff adherence to schedules.
• Implements sanitation schedules and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
