Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and food production to ensure meals are nutritious and of consistent quality.
• Maintain a sanitary, clean, and safe cafeteria workspace.
• Estimate food and inventory requirements.
• Operate all food service equipment.
• Prepare and cook all food served.
• Assist in proper food controls to prevent waste.
• Develop schedules to maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain records.
• Perform duties of Cafeteria Cook or Cook Manager as needed.
