Qualifications

• Friendly and cooperative attitude toward students, staff and co-workers.
• Working knowledge of the proper methods of preparing and serving food.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and pots by hand or machine; keeps kitchen clean and organized.
• Assists in preparing vegetables, fruits, salads and desserts.
• Operates kitchen appliances and equipment as directed; assists in stocking inventory and maintaining records.
• Acts in the capacity of a line server, grill cook, or cashier as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by the cook manager or food service supervisor.
