Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for breakfast or lunch.
• Keeps production records for prep and serving.
• Adjusts recipes for varying quantities.
• Works with sanitation guidelines and keeps area clean.
• Cashes/serves food to students and monitors trays.
• Heats, serves, washes small equipment and serving ware.
• Stores leftovers following safety procedures.
• Follows safety procedures for all equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
