Folsom Cordova Unified School District is seeking a Food Service Worker I to support daily meal operations in a school setting. Under general supervision of the Food Service Director, you will assist in preparing and serving meals, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and sanitation standards.

This is an entry-level, typically part-time position with a schedule of 6.0 hours per day, five days a week, starting around 7:00 am.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial food service preferred.
• Education: completion of the twelfth grade.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Under general supervision, perform daily food service activities and assist in meal preparation.
• Serve meals to students and site staff.
• Perform routine cleaning in the cafeteria, kitchen, or production kitchen.

Connaissances

Commercial food service experience

Formation

Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade

Serve Safe certification preferred
