Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service in high-volume food service
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and English communication
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP and food safety from delivery to service
• Prepare, stock, and serve meals, snacks, and beverages per recipes
• Support breakfast and lunch service and meal management
• Operate POS system in compliance with contracts and regulations
• Record daily activity and logs
• Promote menu items and gather customer feedback
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and safe equipment use
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment use
• Assist with tray racking, staging and equipment handling
• Follow recycling and waste procedures
• Acknowledge schedule flexibility across multiple sites
