Chartwells K12 in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring for full-time Cook positions. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM at GEO Prep Academy. Prior cooking experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train is offered as a perk. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
