Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Certification by the Calhoun County Health Department preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to operate a cash register and count change.
• Adhere to district policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized food service equipment.
• Ensure the quality and safety of all food served.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and student confidentiality.
• Assist in food production, service and cleanup tasks as assigned.
• Receive and unpack food and supplies.
• Clean and maintain food service equipment and facilities.
• Attend ongoing professional training.
• Observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
