Job summary

Midland Public Schools is seeking enthusiastic substitute school bus drivers to transport students safely to and from school, field trips, and activities. You will join a friendly team with a flexible schedule and competitive pay that recognizes your dedication to student safety and support.

2026-2027 Pay Rates

Training Rate and Trip Rate: $19.79

Sub Driver Rate (once fully trained): $21.70
