• Maintain strong, professional communication with clients regarding route changes, service updates, delays, and issue resolution
• Build and strengthen client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and proactive communication
• Assist HR with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding drivers
• Work with payroll to ensure accurate driver hours and reporting
• Ensure compliance with DOT, PennDOT, school district, and safety regulations
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and accountability
• Collaborate with fleet maintenance on bus readiness and service schedules
• Support client communication for service adjustments and operational needs
• Develop operational systems to support company growth

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Bus Program Coordinator to oversee and optimize all school bus division operations.

Position Summary:

The School Bus Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily school bus operations, driver scheduling, route management, staffing coordination, and interdepartmental communication to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services.
