Job summary

First Student is hiring a Bus Monitor/Aide in Warrensburg, MO. You will help students board and exit the bus, assist children with special needs, and ensure safe, orderly transport on split AM/PM routes. Strong communication and a safety-first mindset are essential; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with no nights or heavy weekend shifts, and opportunities for career advancement within our nationwide network.

Your day as a School Bus Monitor/Aide will include:

• Help students safely board and exit the bus
• Assist children with special needs during transport
