Job summary

First Student in Greensboro, NC is hiring Part Time School Bus Monitors/Aides to support the bus driver and keep students safe on the ride to and from school.

No experience is required; we provide safety training and a friendly team environment. The role offers split AM/PM shifts with no nights or summers, and pays $14.50 per hour plus benefits and 401(k) options.

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students. You will assist the bus driver in providing an excellent and safe journey for students to and from school.

No experience as a School Bus Monitor is required! We will guide you with our industry-leading safety and training programs.

Your day as a School Bus Monitor/Aide will include:
  • Help students safely board and exit the bus
  • Assist children with special needs during transport

School Bus Monitor/Aide qualifications:
  • At least 21 years of age
