Immediate Hiring - No Experience Necessary - Training Provided

Starting Pay Rate: $27.5/hr - $32/hr

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (must be fully licensed)

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses safely and reliably on scheduled routes.
• Maintain high ethical standards and report suspicious behavior.
• Be punctual and maintain routes safely.
• Assist passengers during emergencies.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Follow policies on student and passenger management.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and passengers.
• Use vehicle equipment safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical and medical requirements, pass drug screening.
• Complete and pass all training.
• Practice defensive driving at all times.
• Comply with all applicable driver requirements.
