Job summary

Durham School Services is seeking School Bus Drivers in Freehold, NJ. No experience needed; we train. Walk-in interviews Monday–Friday, 10am–12:30pm. Starting pay $27.00–$28.00 per hour with paid training at $15.00 per hour.

Guaranteed 20 hours per week with a flexible part-time schedule. Walk-ins welcome; CDL training and permit assistance are provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21 with at least 3 years of licensed driving.
• DOT drug screen, physical, and background check required.
• Compliance with DOT regulations; marijuana use prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned local routes.
• Transport students to and from school, sports, and events.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe bus environment.
• Communicate courteously with students, parents, and school staff.
• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules.
