Krapf School Bus - GKJ Inc is seeking part-time school bus drivers to join the team in Coatesville, Downingtown and surrounding areas. No experience required, paid training to obtain CDL, and bonus incentives.
Enjoy a split schedule of 20/30 hours per week with a guaranteed 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, covering AM and PM routes. Sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for fully licensed drivers and $2,500 for training completion, with additional monthly incentives.
$5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements.
$2,500 sign-on bonus for applicants who successfully complete company-provided CDL training.
Opportunity to earn up to an extra $150 per month in incentives, paid out every two weeks.
Sign-on bonuses are available to new hires only who are hired between February 1, 2026 and September 30th, 2026.
Applicants must be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for COATESVILLE or DOWNINGTOWN
Bonus eligibility periods begin after all required training has been successfully completed.
All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, and additional terms may apply.
