Job summary

DATTCO, INC is hiring experienced School Bus Drivers for our Burrillville, RI location. Our team of 2,500 employees transports over 140,000 students to and from school each year, with split AM/PM routes and potential extra hours available.

We offer competitive, transparent pay for the next 3 years, weekends off, paid holidays, a 401k with company match, and opportunities for career growth within DATTCO brands. Training is provided for referrals and new drivers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three consecutive years of driving experience.
• Must be able to safely transport students to and from school.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws and school district safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment for students while operating the bus.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents/guardians, school staff, and supervisors.
