Job summary

Auxilio is actively hiring a School Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students in the greater Cleveland area. The role includes pre/post trip inspections, assisting with loading/unloading, and adherence to FERPA and district policies.

Immediate hire and paid training are offered, with per-hour pay and bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, attendance and performance bonuses, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Driver License and 1+ year bus driving experience.
• DOT physical and background check may be required.
• Strong communication with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers including students.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist students in loading and unloading.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor welfare of passengers and stay alert on routes.
• Attend safety and training meetings.
• Conduct emergency drills as required.
• Maintain FERPA confidentiality where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
