Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CDL with school bus endorsement.

• Current bus driver’s certificate.

• Ability to assist students with disabilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bus following motor vehicle laws and safety rules.
• Transport authorized passengers and maintain routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Prepare time schedules and passenger lists for state reports.
• Assist students with disabilities and ensure safety on board.
• Report incidents, accidents, and hazards promptly.
• Participate in the district’s bus safety program.
