Young World Physical Education is looking for a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport students in Floyd County Schools Transportation Department, starting immediately. This full-time role requires a valid commercial driver's license and a high school diploma or G.E.D.

The Bus Driver will ensure discipline among students, conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks, and facilitate safe transportation to and from school and related events.

Compensation is $16.83 per hour, and you will be expected to perform first aid duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must pass vehicle inspection and maintenance checks.
• Must interact positively with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus over designated routes.
• Maintain bus in a safe operating condition.
• Perform emergency bus evacuation drills.
