Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a passenger bus with up to 30,000 pounds gross vehicle weight and 44–72 student capacity.
• Provide safe, efficient transportation to and from school.
• Assist loading/unloading of children with special needs and equipment.
• Clean the bus daily; wash exterior monthly.
• Record routes and schedules; report issues to designated officials.
• Conduct pre-route maintenance and safety checks.
• Report problems to the designated government representative (DOR).
