Responsibilities include maintaining order, conducting daily safety inspections, loading/unloading students, and reporting delays. Requires CDL with P/S endorsements, 21+ years old, and safety training completion.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Experience operating large passenger vehicles or equivalent training.
• Valid CDL with class P and S endorsements.
• Completed bus driver safety training.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Pass alcohol and drug tests.
• DOT Physical Examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports students to and from homes, campuses, and field trips on scheduled routes.
• Maintains order and discipline; documents and reports disciplinary incidents.
• Conducts daily safety and operational inspections of the bus.
• Oversees loading/unloading and ensures seat belts are fastened.
• Maintains mileage, routing, maintenance, and time schedules.
