Job summary

SAFERIDERS SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The School Bus Driver will ensure the safe operation of the bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring the well-being of passengers.

The ideal candidate will have a CDL and previous driving experience or completed training. Responsibilities include picking up students, following traffic laws, conducting vehicle inspections, and engaging with students. We offer competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations.
• Previous experience as a bus driver or completed bus driver training.
• Impeccable driving record and high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner.
• Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner.

Education

CDL permit with school bus and passenger endorsement
