Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with S and P endorsements; Class A welcomed if endorsements within a month.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in bus driving or commercial driving; school bus experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication; bilingual abilities valued.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate school buses and other authorized vehicles following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with students, parents, staff, and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and concerns.
• Manage student behavior with positive behavior management techniques.
