Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus.
• Keeps exterior mirrors clean and properly adjusted.
• Maintains bus interior cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Maintains routes and schedules as planned by the local school board.
• Exhibits defensive driving: self-control, alertness, foresight, and good judgment at all times.
• Transports only authorized students and reports any discipline referrals to the principal.
