Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to join our Transportation team, driving a daily route mornings and afternoons. The anticipated hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30-7:30am and 3:00-5:00pm, with a 10-month schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, CDL - Class B with Passenger and School Endorsements, and experience in school transportation.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons

• Ensure safety of all students
• Assist students with getting on and off the bus when required

GLOW Academy is seeking to add a new member to our Transportation team to drive a daily route mornings and afternoons. This is an hourly, part-time position at GLOW Academy. The anticipated hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30-7:30am and 3:00-5:00pm.

At the heart of GLOW Academy is a focus on “whole girl” education. We seek to foster the growth of leadership and confidence in our students and build and sustain family support, all while engaging all of our students in a rigorous college preparatory program. COMPENSATION: Based off of FY 2026-27 NHC Bus Hourly Pay Schedule

Current Pay Schedule Range: $19.06-$24.02/hour
