Job summary

Krapf Group seeks a dependable School Bus Driver to transport students daily on assigned routes in accordance with contract requirements. You will operate a school bus safely, keep routes on schedule, and communicate clearly with supervisors and schools.

Requirements include a valid CDL with school bus endorsement, meeting physical qualifications, and a clean driving/criminal history per DOT standards. Benefits include paid training and standard company safety programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least the state-required age and possess a valid commercial driver’s license with a school bus endorsement.
• Must meet physical qualifications for a school bus physical.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle, criminal history, and child abuse history records.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and maintain the schedule.
• Comply with federal and state regulations for commercial school bus operation.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report mechanical defects.
• Maintain route sheets and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain student discipline and safety on the bus; report incidents as required.
