Job Description - School Bus Driver

Hiring Immediately – No Experience Necessary – Training Provided

Sign-on Bonus - $2,000.00

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 (training) - $20.00 (CDL SBD)

Location: 8101 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH (In the bus garage at HS)

A Driver in Training will be trained by our staff to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and obtain related driver endorsement(s), where available. Upon successful completion of the training program, the Driver In Training will be placed in a Professional Driver role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provides safe and reliable transportation service by operating a school bus or other location specific vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
• Exhibits the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; shares concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Reports to duty on time and maintains route on time but in a safe manner.
• Physically assists passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency.
