School Bus Driver

Hiring Immediately – No Experience Necessary – Training Provided

Starting Pay Rate: $19.44 / hour (while training) & $23.69 / hour (once certified) + Benefits.

Location: 2205 Holland St, Birmingham MI 48009

Sign-On Bonus: $1500 for Fully Credentialed Drivers

A Driver in Training will be trained by our staff to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and obtain related endorsements. Upon successful completion of the training program, the Driver In Training will be placed in a Professional Driver role.

• Provides safe and reliable transportation service by operating a school bus or other location specific vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
• Exhibits the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; shares concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Reports to duty on time and maintains route on time but in a safe manner.
• Physically assists passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency.
