Job Details

• Location: Jefferson City, MO
• Starting Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $2,000
• Schedule: No nights or weekends, summers off, flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

1. Transport students safely and reliably along designated routes.
2. Report on time and maintain punctuality.
3. Assist passengers during emergencies and evacuations.
4. Report accidents or incidents immediately.
5. Manage student behavior following company policies.
6. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
8. Operate vehicle equipment safely, including wheelchair lifts and radios.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers).
• Possess or able to obtain valid state driver's license and certifications.
• Meet physical, medical, and substance screening requirements.
• Successfully complete all training programs.
• Practice defensive driving and safe work habits.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local driver requirements.
