School Bus Driver - No Experience Needed - Training Provided

Hiring Immediately - No Experience Necessary - Training Provided

Starting Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $2500 restrictions apply

Position Overview:

As a School Bus Driver, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe transportation of students to and from school. We prioritize safety and punctuality, ensuring children arrive safely and on time to maximize their learning experience. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

All applicants, including those with a commercial driver's license, start as Drivers in Training. During training, you'll learn to obtain your CDL, endorsements, and our company policies. Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a Professional Driver role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating a school bus or other designated vehicle safely and reliably on scheduled routes
• Punctually reporting for duty and maintaining route schedules
• Assisting passengers during emergencies and evacuations
• Reporting accidents or incidents immediately
• Following company policies on student and passenger management
• Completing required paperwork accurately and timely
• Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
• Utilizing vehicle equipment safely and efficiently

Additional duties may be assigned, especially for Paratransit Drivers based on location.
