All new applicants, including those with a commercial driver's license, start as Drivers in Training. We invest heavily in training and development to ensure our drivers are the best in the industry. During training, you'll learn to obtain your CDL and company policies. Upon successful completion, you'll transition to a Professional Driver role.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing safe transportation via school bus or other vehicles along designated routes
• Maintaining high ethical standards and reporting suspicious behavior
• Reporting on time and maintaining route schedules safely
• Assisting passengers during emergencies
• Reporting accidents or incidents immediately
• Adhering to student and passenger management policies
• Maintaining a professional appearance
• Completing and submitting all required paperwork timely
• Promoting a cooperative attitude among colleagues and passengers
• Using vehicle equipment safely, including lifts and radios
• Other duties as assigned, including additional responsibilities for Paratransit Drivers

Requirements include:

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers)
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications
• Meet physical and medical standards and pass drug screening
• Successfully complete all training
• Practice defensive driving at all times
• Comply with all applicable driver requirements and policies
